INTERIOR PARTITIONS
Separation of houses
Two options exist depending on the structure:
A) In the case of a traditional structure
Two brick and mortar partitions with double spacing interspersed with a ½ foot solid partition finished with plaster on both sides.
B) In case of load-bearing wall structure
29 cm insulated stone wall, finished with plaster on both sides and prime-quality plastic paint.
Partitions inside the house
All 8cm triple spaced partitions are finished with plaster on both sides or covered accordingly. The triple spacing prevents the partition from breaking and acoustic gaps and fissures from forming.
PLASTER
Screeded plaster.
PAINTWORK
Prime-quality plastic paint.
TERRACES
Formation of structural framework on terraces, water-proofed by means of asphalted layering, polystyrene-based heat insulation or similar. Ceramic floor-tiling.
ROOF
Prefabricated concrete tiles on light metallic structure with fibrocement layers, heat insulation with polystyrene or similar. Otherwise, traditional roof by means of roof partitions.
